Functions well, but quite slow
Once you’re in the app, it functions well. It seems to want to update every time I open it, even twice in the same day. This makes signing in very slow but once you’re in, the app is fine.

Why does this app need to be updated weekly? Oh, right, they want it to be difficult to submit and possibly not have to pay up! Corporate greed 101

Does not add previous providers
This app is completely garbage. Have submitted several claims for same provider over the past five months. The app never adds the provider it has to be re-entered every time for a claim. this company is garbage.

Can’t view recent claims
Tapping on View All recent claims brings me to the Coverage tab. No way to see past your three most recent claims from the home page.

Doesn’t work on my phone
When I open the app and sign in to freezes on the home page… I cannot use the app at all!

Not working at all “GARBAGE”
Never works. Miss the old app
The app no matter how many times I sign in the next time I open it even a minute later will say “You haven’t signed in in 15 days session expired sign in again” every time. I tell it to save with Face ID etc doesn’t matter it just doesn’t work and does not retain info. Impossible to use, they used to have an old app before transitioning to this new one that never had an issue, now this app is completely unusable. For the prices of your insurance you should be able to afford to create a consistently functional app for your customers.

UI is a joke.
Who created this UI ? Too many steps to check total coverage. Have to go through so eligibility claim to see how much coverage is remaining. Small view all hyperlink is given instead of a large button to view all Services. Haven’t seen this level of bad UI and UX ever.

Can't make a claim...won't load properly...won't allow photos to upload. Thanks for making it more difficult and frustrating to access our benefits than it already is 🤬

Greenshield is the Best!
Greenshield’s app makes it very easy to make your claim. My recent claim was for a custom knee brace. The app is programmed so when it comes to where you purchased the brace it provided the exact Business name. In my case it was OneBrace at its Victoria BC location. I could site other instances of how great GreenShield and their app are great however for brevity I will stop now
