Does not add previous providers
This app is completely garbage. Have submitted several claims for same provider over the past three months. The app never adds the provider it has to be re-entered every time for a claim. this company is garbage
Great app and easy to use
Doesn’t take long to submit a claim. The app is very easy to use. Good job!!
So bad
Tried to submit a claim through my spending account doesn’t work just gonna have to eat the $2000 dentist bill cause they don’t actually cover anything other than your online therapy everything else is impossible to figure tf out

Worse than any other platform GreenShield has used and those were not great either
Updating Review because they fixed their app
The app is okay, albeit a bit clunky, when it works. Updating my review to reflect that they fixed the I/O issue on iOS. They still lose a star for a somewhat awkward interface and for allowing those last few updates (that broke the app for Apple Users) to go through QC.
Embarrassing
This app and company has been embarrassing for years. They intentionally make processing difficult. They make every button and process as challenging as possible to avoid claims. Its blatantly obvious. It’s sad. I legitimately feel bad. It’ll never happen but they should be banned from the App Store for intentional corruption. Good luck everyone.

Just let me open the app!!
App keeps telling me there’s an updated version available, but every time it redirects me to the App Store, I’m not given an option to update! Bad design!
Cannot submit anything
Is this app absolute now . It will not let me submit any claims at all nothing after I updated my new version of Green Shield.

Je me suis rendu compte que certaines réclamations dûment entrées ne sont tout simplement pas ajoutées à la liste "en traitement". How convenient. En plus d'une interface qui sautille sur l'iPhone. Je recommande d'utiliser le site Web.

Useless now
This used to be a terrific app. Then it stopped- freezes on the Submit Claim screen for me. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 3 times. Customer service couldn’t provide a solution - I wish they would just say it’s no longer a functioning app for many people.

Poor Plan Member Experience
Every time they update the app something goes wrong. Not to mention the claim submission is long winded compared to other carriers.
Doctors offices
Great App frustrating to have to look up doctors offices for claims when I have already submitted a claim before from that doctor.
