app won’t load
app no longer loads on iphone running iOS 26.5.1. they need to fix the app. like seriously.
Got broken tv that I was waiting for 2 weeks
Worst experience ever. Huge 77 inch tv and it is broken. What are my next steps ?

Downloaded, installed, deleted, redownloaded, reinstalled. Won’t load. Just gets stuck on green welcome screen.

App doesn’t work
Downloaded, deleted and redownloaded…restarted the phone and deleted and reinstalled. This app will not load.
True Game changer for savings
As anyone would be, I was skeptical on this app/process. But I have been proven wrong. I have used this app/company to buy 2 very high priced electronics and saved hundreds of dollars vs any other app/company. You place a bid on an item, companies will accept or make a counter offer and you can accept or pass. The process is not Amazon Prime, so it will take a few days to get the item processed and shipped. Best to do some research on historical pricing as well as estimated margins on the items you are bidding on to get the best prices.

App doesn’t load after launching just freezes at main splash screen
Great option for products!
Was so easy to use the app to get a product I wanted. Having the option to name your price and then see if retailers will accept and also being able to adjust your offer to suit your needs makes this program great on the consumer end. Customer service was helpful with a quick question I had as well.

Shipping headache
Greentoe is unable to interact with the shipper to facilitate delivery. In my case UPS has tried to deliver only during business hours, when I am at work. I have missed my delivery attempts and I will be forced to return my item. They will not allow me to receive the item in any other way. Not worth the frustration. Order elsewhere.

First time user. Was skeptical. But so far everything has checked out. Television has been shipped and communication has been good thus far.
