Useless
Doesn’t recognise my password then fails to send me an email to reset the password. Seems a common issue and why do you have to log in to use your smoker anways. Total junk app!
Can’t use it
Can’t even log in because the app needs me to make an account but refuses to send verification email no matter how many times I try or hit resend. You need to log in to use the stupid app but it’s impossible to create an account so the app and the wifi functions on the smoker are completely useless without

The fact connecting this so difficult and keeping it connected makes this smoker as a whole so much worse.
Garbage
Just like everybody says, absolute garbage. Never connects , and when it finally does, it disconnects. Absolute waste. It was a selling point for my smoker. Beyond aggravated and disappointed. Should have bought a Trager
