Grocery List for Chat

Your grocery list already lives where your household does — the group chat. Groceryy List turns a message bubble into one shared, editable grocery list. Anyone in the conversation can add items, check them off, or clear them out, and the same bubble updates for everybody. No accounts. No invites. Nobody has to install something before the list works for them. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • It's in the thread, not another app — you add items where you're already talking. • Everybody edits. Whoever gets to the store checks things off; the rest of the house watches it happen. • Nothing to sign up for. Open Messages, tap the app, start typing. HOW IT WORKS • Tap the apps button in any conversation, pick Groceryy List, and type an item. • Items get a matching emoji automatically — for milk, for peppers — so the list reads at a glance. • Tap the circle to mark something bought. It checks off, strikes through, and glides down into "In the cart." • Swipe to remove anything that shouldn't be there. • Send once and the list is in the chat. Every later edit updates that same bubble instead of spamming the thread. WHO ADDED WHAT Every item carries a small colored dot with the initial of whoever added it, so "who wanted the oat milk" is never a question. Claim a nickname once and your name rides along on your items. QUICK-ADD PACKS In a hurry? Start from a pack instead of a blank screen. Breakfast, BBQ, Baby, and a Caribbean staples pack each drop a full set of the usual suspects onto the list in one tap. AT A GLANCE The bubble shows the score — "4 of 9 picked up" — and the last thing that changed. Tap it for a progress ring and quick-add buttons, or open it full screen when you're actually in the store. BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY • Light and dark mode • Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels throughout, and Reduce Motion respected • The list travels inside the message itself — there is no server to be down • No account, no sign-in, no tracking.
