The order was delivered 2 days after asking for same day delivery. Can’t get in contact with the person getting the order.

The app gives a lot of problems. When it’s time to make payment, it just keeps loading and loading and loading. Content pop up message states , close app and re-try again.

Terrible service and rude customer service
I was lied to by customer service about placing an order then after submitting it they told me it couldn’t be fulfilled. They then disconnected the chat. The CEO then came into the chat was even more rude than their staff. Threaten me with a delay in getting my refund coz I told them to refund me my money. Got even more abusive and disabled the chat so that I couldn’t respond or get a copy of the chat. Absolute terrible company. Unfortunately I have to find an alternative solution today. Save your money, these people are not in the business for customers but to make money from people. They don’t care about customers. First time using their platform and last time using it. Disgusting behaviour and practice. Don’t waste your time downloading the app as the platform is not that great anyways.
