Spend money on a better system
It is a very affordable system (at least when I started it) but it is beyond buggy!!! I’ve had countless issues With it

Wish it would be more than 1 star.
I have more problems with this booking software than I’d like to admit. I really want to make this work but it just is very problematic, the calendar won’t show up, I can’t access my client information, when I know I have appointments booked those appointments won’t show up on my screen. I’ve had to write info down and just use my personal number to contact my clients because the system just shuts down and won’t show me anything on the screen despite me closing the app and reopening it, uninstalling and reinstalling it, nothing works.

Bogus Charges/False Advertising
Used them before and was ok, closed my accounts and went to DaySmart. I was thinking of coming back to cut cost a bit so I created a new account while trying GrooMore (who I am using now and love it) so left the account unused. They state on the website that you will only be charged for completed appointments. So tell me how my debit card got charged $29 even tho I’ve never completed a single appointment on the app, it’s just been inactive since I opened it. I’m barely getting by as it is, I don’t need someone robbing me blind. I will be disputing the charges with my bank, bet on that.

I’ve been using Groomer.IO to run my Grooming Salon in Puerto Rico. Great Software and the customer service is the best I’ve seen. Recommended 100%

Loved this app until i saw they paired with SignapayLLC
I use this app for my business and am so floored to have found out that you paired with signapayLLC and not stuck with square. I’m actually quite disgusted really and am contemplating a different program all together. Signapay did NOTHING BUT TAKE MONEY FROM ME AND MY SMALL BUSINESS. They’re sharks and care nothing for their clients and all about the money.

Hello and I'm sorry to have heard about your experience with SignaPay. Also, I want to apologize for the misinformation. We are not partnered with SignaPay, but rather BankCard USA. In either circumstance, we are also partnered with Square. In fact, it's through our Square integration that you have access to some of our greatest features including collecting no-show fees and having customer pay ahead for services online. Really, BankCard USA is for clients who want a customized credit card processing rate, something that Square rarely offers. Thanks for your understanding. :)

My clients are resounding to the text and phone call reminders. The number of missed appointments has dropped as well as clients rescheduling appointments.

Hi there, unfortunately this is a requirement that we must follow to be on the App Store. It's very similar to Netflix. You must create an account on our website first, then you can login from your iOS device.
Best App Ever
I love this app. I was very hesitant on the pricing model as well as it is only iOS based. (Android girl here) With everything this app can do, I have save myself at least $300/month. The app also helps clients remember they need to come back in, it is automatic and I do not have to send out a mass email/text.

This app is going places
I cannot replace my current program with groomer.io yet but am looking forward to. Nir and his team are working vigorously to update every week and I am so thrilled as to where they are going. Keep up the great work guys and gals.
Wonderful time saving app
Really enjoying this for my mobile grooming business. Walk through videos would be nice. I went through the demo which was amazing and very informative but I always have a million things going on so some of the stuff I forgot and needed to ask again about. Emailed questions are answered very quickly and a phone call in is simple.

Time saver!!
I've been using this app for about 3 months now and it is a must have! Before groomer.io I was using my phone calendar to make appointments, square register to take payments, contacts to save client info and index cards to save pet history.
Now, I use groomer.io.
Features I love:
mapping- I'm saving a ton of time by looking at my routes while scheduling and putting clients on days that I'll be closer to them rather than driving up to a half hour between appts.
Today- gives me a handy checklist so I know who is up next and all their info is right there
REMINDER TEXTS- never again do I have to find the time to call a week's worth of clients to confirm their appts. Automatic texts remind them and if they need to cancel they can respond to the text or call
Customer service- A+! Nir is always quick to get back to me if I report an issue or even just suggest a feature. He also personalized the auto texts for me to reflect my business policies.
Definitely worth the price when you have your nights and weekends back.
Now, I use groomer.io.

Pricing model too steep
Sorry but I can't get behind this app. The pricing model is too steep. Why not create a tiered pro ring model so users can pay for features they want or use. Not every grooming business is the same and not everyone's needs need to have an over abundance of features. Monthly subscription should not be so highly priced if I'm only using a few of the features for my business.
