User reviews

Great App!

I think this app is great, It asked loads of really good questions and gave lots of useful information. I am 7 months pregnant and wish I had this earlier. I highly recommend!

Very pleased

This very simple and easy to use program helped me out a great deal. The trick is to stay with the exercises every day.

Great app

I’ve noticed real improvment with my bladder since starting. My program gets straight to the point, which is exactly what I needed. Im normally inconsistent, 'but this app keeps me on track. 5minutes during lunch breaks is all I need 3times/week.

Keeps crashing. Lacks instructions. Updated.

I couldnt find instructions on how to use the app, and it crashed (on both iPhone and iPad) when I try to add water. Nonetheless, I persisted by logging everything in a separate notes app. The information and guidance in the app is enormously useful, especially how to do Kegels correctly. After 3 weeks I completely stopped any bladder leaks after 3 weeks, and after 5 weeks have reduce trips to the bathroom to 8-9 each 24 hours. I’m still logging things and gone back to maintenance level of (proper) Kegels.
