Change address page hang
I can’t change the address that page will not load and stays stagnant. Please fix it.
Was the App developed by Intern???
UI is garbage - app buggy
Kindly get a proper app developer to fix this. It’s extremely frustrating having to deal with all this when I’m already sick.
The helpline responded swiftly but no action is taken.
The app is full of issues:
- Unable to hide the keyboard
- Page gets stuck on a white screen after clicking “Proceed”
Please look into this properly.

Terrible UI
The app doesn’t even let me enter height and weight on the pop up keyboard when using the telemedicine function.
OTPs were not received
Your new version could not get OTP and keep saying invalid email.
Pls fix
After update, very laggy login, can take hours at times. I wanted to retrieve my records from before the update, all gone.
