Yea thanks for basically locking me out of an account that I’ve had for years. Now I can’t login unless I pay for my photos that I took. Photos of loved ones that are no longer with us on this plane of existence. This is extortion at worse and a hostage situation and theft at best. So your company needs to give everyone a chance to get their all of their own photos back for free and delete their account. I don’t mean a few, I do mean all. This is ridiculous and wish I could leave zero stars. Plus I don’t want the generic form response. I want my photos and memories back that you essentially stole and are holding hostage behind a paywall. These are my property and this is theft!

I love PHOTOBUCKET!!! I use it for everything. I used this app for my wedding. It was the perfect platform for an event like this. It lets you create a QR code to share and invite people to your groupsies. The zoom function in this app is superior to all other photo apps. I take thousands of pictures and they make it so easy to share with your family and friends. The updates they have been making show they are striving to be the best! Thank you, PHOTOBUCKET! Don’t Email Me to “Revisit My Memories” If I Can’t Access Them
I created my account over a decade ago when Photobucket offered free photo storage. After receiving repeated emails encouraging me to log in and revisit my old memories, I downloaded the app only to discover that I cannot access my own photos unless I pay for a subscription. Locking users out of their personal files after storing them for years feels extremely misleading and unethical. If you are going to advertise that you’ve been “keeping our photos safe,” at the very least, users should be able to access and download their own content without being forced into a paid plan. Very disappointing experience.

Scam
Started using some 15 years ago. Now it's impossible to log in but they still charge monthly. Support is paid to drive you insane and refuse to help.

This program is not only much more difficult to use than it needs to be, the uploads take far too long, the tap screen does nothing… it takes 3-5 steps just to move images and then it doesn’t actually MOVE them, it COPIES them. Use pixieset, Facebook, Google Drive, drop box or even cloud or adobe… waste of $140.00

Doesn’t let me access my account
I tried accepting the terms and agreements but when I push accept nothing happens!!!!! But when I decline it goes through to delete my account.. fix the app!
