Optimal solution for my taco truck!
GRUBBRR kiosk app is an optimal solution for my taco truck in Seattle. It’s integrated with square and allows me to have 1 less employee which is tremendous help and saves us so much money. Minimum wage in Seattle is $15/hour! This setup streamlines my operation, helps keep track of the inventory, generate accurate reports! On most days I can efficiently run the truck all by myself. As I’m working in the kitchen my customers can place and pay for their orders on the iPad which I have setup next to our sales window outside, all orders show up on my iPad inside the kitchen which is running the KDS (kitchen display system). All I need to do is put the orders together and hand them out when they are ready! I’ve been looking for this kind of system for the longest time, I’m so happy GRUBBRR made this all-in-one solution! Super easy to use & I actually noticed that my customers order more when they can place the order themselves without having any interaction or being under pressure to make a quick order without holding anyone up. The kiosk app is very straightforward, I love the clean design, my menu looks beautiful with easily customizable pictures. Backend system is very efficient, I can easily remove items that are sold out or add new items in seconds. I can’t imagine running my truck without GRUBBRR! Highly recommend to any food truck owners looking to simplify their operation and increase their margins! Oh, and customer support actually works, you can call and troubleshoot issues within minutes!
