Not a safe for businesses!!

We used Menufy as our online ordering at our family owned business through Clover and we started getting chargebacks from our bank and when we attempted to dispute them the bank nor Menufy would own up to these chargebacks as the fraudsters ordered through MenuFy’s website and Menufy didn’t validate the customers credit card information to make sure it wasn’t fraud. We canceled their service after losing a lot of money so I’d suggest never doing business with this company as if they do this to their clients god only knows what they’d do to their customers? Good luck if you use this service and I hope you don’t have issues with chargebacks like we did.
