EVERY THING GONE
Another order gone to the ether. I had to call the restaurant to confirm that they had received the order The Apple Pay only provides the time of the order, amount, and name of the restaurant. To be fair I checked my email while typing this review and I did received an electronic receipt. So I am subtracting an extra star. So I am reducing one star for not having all the information in one place. Another less star for scaring me.

It does not tell you when order is ready the app needs some major updates

Automatically sides with restaurant
If you want you money back when the restaurant messes up, DO NOT USE THIS APP. The restaurant called me 30 minutes after I placed the order to tell me that the appetizer was sold out and if I wanted to replace it. I said cabbage but then called back and told them to cancel the appetizer all together since itβs was going to be a lot of cabbage and the lady said to contact menufy. I contacted menufy and Jamee the customer service agent REFUSED A REFUND and automatically sided with the restaurant even though I had PROOF that I called back a minute later telling them I didnβt want the extra cabbage just refund me the appetizer. The restaurant Jamaican Cook Shop in Mesquite, Texas lied and said I agreed with the replacement which I did NOT. If you donβt want your money back and terrible customer service by menufy and Jamee then use the app!
