Don’t use
They charged me twice then said I had to contact the restaurant for a refund, yet I used their pay services to order food. I contacted restaurant and they also said there’s nothing they can do since I used a “3rd party site”. First time using this app too, save yourself the headache
HORRIBLE-DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Horrible app and I wish I could give it a zero! The app has only worked once for me and after that, no matter what restaurant or card I use, it will not process the payments. I have used major credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards! Nothing works and the only advice they give is to order over the phone. Unfortunately you can’t order delivery over the phone if the restaurant don’t deliver themselves.

The worst food ordering app
Takes food literally 2 hours to get to you. Couldn’t even cancel the order. By the time the food got there it was disgusting and cold.
Late delivery
Order took an hour longer than the expected 25 minute delivery time. The restaurant ordered from called asking me when I would pick up my food right before they were about to close. I explained to them I ordered it for delivery and it was suppose to arrive a while ago. They said they would sent out my food but by the time it got here it the find was cold and stale. Contacted customer support for a refund but all they offered was a $15 credit for my next order with them. I declined and let them know to keep it as I wouldn’t be using the service again. Customer service was very fast but not worth paying a delivery that takes 3-4 times as long as they advertise when you order.

I was charged a delivery fee and my food was not delivered. When I reach out for support I was not given any and was disconnected.
