A Takeout App Should Let You Order Takeout
I’ve had this app for about one minute, I’m trying to place an order. When you order an entree that comes with a side, you should be able to…order a side. Not get a message that a side is required while not a single one of the more than a dozen sides can be selected.
No refund for failure to notify delivered
I didn’t download the app when I ordered with a local company because I didn’t have the space on my phone. Delivery was supposed to be for 2:37, and I didn’t have my phone on me to get the updated delivery time text. Delivery driver didn’t knock when the food arrived and left the food on ground 1/2 hour earlier that what was first given. The food was swarming with ants and chow now would not give a refund for a $65 order that was now wasted.

Why does this app even exist.
This app was extremely frustrating to use. In my experience, it repeatedly displayed payment errors. After I resolved the issue, everything that had been in my cart disappeared, and none of my selections were saved.
When I tried to submit my payment again, the app told me that I had already placed an order a minute earlier. After waiting as instructed, I tried again, only to receive a "payment declined" message, even though I had entered my information correctly and my card had more than enough available funds. I repeated the process several times with the same result.
Because of this experience, I decided to go to the restaurant in person and let them know what happened. I believe issues like this could cause businesses to lose customers. If I come across another restaurant using this platform, I plan to share my personal experience with them.

They stole my money
I placed an order and was presented with a message that said there would be a follow up email. There was no email, there was no food and they refused a refund because they claimed that my phone number didn’t match their records.
Support is terrible
But the app works
