Whoever “Luis” is argued with me for 30 minutes instead of trying to help in any capacity and repeated the same “solution” response over and over again.
Couldn’t submit an order no matter what on any of my cards, at any restaurant so I literally can’t even use the app and I was given no solution to the problem besides “contact my bank” which did nothing.

Pathetic people running the app
I placed an order, waited forever and then asked the restaurant that they didn’t receive the order. Pathetic pathetic app . Takes forever to respond at the customer service as well. Dont download & use it
