Wow what a lie. This place is completely ridiculous. The food is not good. The choices are all repetitive. The portions are small. The prices are high. The experience should be skipped if possible. Why would anyone in nyc need to order double priced microwaved slop? Not to mention they own GrubHub when they were ripping off their own employees. So this company is keen or “Lore” on ripping off both customers and employees!

Horrible customer service
Everything I have an ongoing issues with drivers trying to fake deliver my food and steal it. Or when the driver went to the wrong location (idk how when I have the correct on my profile) y’all was of no help for anything. Now it happened again & I had to chase this man down for my food. He took a picture and then tried to take the food back. I still haven’t received an answer from y’all support team.

Customer service is nowhere
Customer service sucks!! You can’t get to anyone you’re orders are always late by an hour or two and there’s no such thing as adding to a Tip
Terrible Experience
Wonder is the worst delivery app I have ever used and has the worst customer service. I ordered $79 worth of food from Wonder only restaurants located at a site that is about 15 min drive from my house. The food arrived over a half hour past the end of the delivery window with no explanation and the food was ice cold and soggy and clearly not of the quality promised by the app. When I called and text with customer service (which took over a half hour for someone to text with me despite wait times supposedly being two minutes) they refused to refund more than about ten dollars of the order despite the restaurants and the delivery driver all being employed by Wonder and as such wonder is responsible for the poor quality of food received. I would have have been better off ordering Mc Donald’s. When similar issues occured with seamless or other apps the apps refunded the entire order with no hassle even though they did not own and control the restaurants in question. I will never use wonder again as the quality of the food and service is so low.

App is a scam
I placed 2 orders on the app to pick up when I got to the restaurant the owners simply said that they don't work with the app, none of the 2 establishments at least knows about the existence of the app, I called other restaurants that appear in the app both none know about the existence of the app
Most meals have 2000mg of sodium
Unhealthy food packed with tons of sodium and preservatives it's quite literally more unhealthy than fast food

Didn’t get my food
This was my first time using the app and placing an order at 1:19 and it says my order has been delivered and it shows a photo of the food at the restaurant and I’ve never gotten it and now it’s 3:08 and i still haven’t received it. I’ve gotten no order status or progress on where it is.

My order was wrong and missing items I paid for. Ai chat offered a store credit , I don’t want a store credit and asked for a refund. I was told and agent would join the chat and help me. It’s been an hour no one has helped me. I called and was told hold time was 3 mins. I waited 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore

Why has this company not failed yet
Its overpriced microwaved food that took 40 mins to deliver even though the place is 10 mins from me. Don’t listen to the fake 5 star reviews, you can tell some of them are bots.
lowkey not worth it
The woman I work for recommended this app for me. She ordered using it and the food options seemed to be pretty wide which was cool. My issue with a lot of delivery apps is all the fees they tack onto your order so I was glad to see a cheaper option. I’ve ordered from this website 3 times so far. The first time was fine. Food delivery on time, food in good shape, followed the instructions. BUT when I ordered a 2nd time, my order was waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. Mind you I got ice cream. So I contacted customer support and they tried to help and im thankful for them. Sadly when it showed up it was melted and I was able to get credit for it. The credit however only lasts a day!! So I wasn’t able to use it and they basically took my money and ran lol. I ordered a THIRD time to give them the benefit of the doubt and I’m dealing with the timing issue again.
Advice:
Stop immediately putting a time on the order if no one is assigned to it. It’s misleading and so frustrating.
Try get more drivers and cut down on delivery times. No one wants to continue paying for a service that cant provide correctly.
Also don’t make credits expire within the next day. Why would you do that?
I understand the app is new and still growing but why launch something if it can’t provide to its customers. I like that the delivery fees are lower but if the price for that is waiting for hours—I’m out.

Incorrect password or email
There is a bug going around on the app where it tells you incorrect password or email and even if you reset your password it still doesn’t let me in my account so I made my way all the way to wonder hungry just for my account to not let me into ( My account) ?????
The Food
The food is not bad but it’s not that good also because it tastes not as fresh as if it were made.
