Didn’t get my food
This was my first time using the app and placing an order at 1:19 and it says my order has been delivered and it shows a photo of the food at the restaurant and I’ve never gotten it and now it’s 3:08 and i still haven’t received it. I’ve gotten no order status or progress on where it is.

My order was wrong and missing items I paid for. Ai chat offered a store credit , I don’t want a store credit and asked for a refund. I was told and agent would join the chat and help me. It’s been an hour no one has helped me. I called and was told hold time was 3 mins. I waited 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore

Good but can’t switch locations mid order
Why has this company not failed yet
Its overpriced microwaved food that took 40 mins to deliver even though the place is 10 mins from me. Don’t listen to the fake 5 star reviews, you can tell some of them are bots.
lowkey not worth it
The woman I work for recommended this app for me. She ordered using it and the food options seemed to be pretty wide which was cool. My issue with a lot of delivery apps is all the fees they tack onto your order so I was glad to see a cheaper option. I’ve ordered from this website 3 times so far. The first time was fine. Food delivery on time, food in good shape, followed the instructions. BUT when I ordered a 2nd time, my order was waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. Mind you I got ice cream. So I contacted customer support and they tried to help and im thankful for them. Sadly when it showed up it was melted and I was able to get credit for it. The credit however only lasts a day!! So I wasn’t able to use it and they basically took my money and ran lol. I ordered a THIRD time to give them the benefit of the doubt and I’m dealing with the timing issue again.
Advice:
Stop immediately putting a time on the order if no one is assigned to it. It’s misleading and so frustrating.
Try get more drivers and cut down on delivery times. No one wants to continue paying for a service that cant provide correctly.
Also don’t make credits expire within the next day. Why would you do that?
I understand the app is new and still growing but why launch something if it can’t provide to its customers. I like that the delivery fees are lower but if the price for that is waiting for hours—I’m out.

Incorrect password or email
There is a bug going around on the app where it tells you incorrect password or email and even if you reset your password it still doesn’t let me in my account so I made my way all the way to wonder hungry just for my account to not let me into ( My account) ?????

The food is not bad but it’s not that good also because it tastes not as fresh as if it were made.

Lacks Delivery Timing
Consistently Wonder fails to deliver food on time. Coordination with Restaurants, Partnerships with Grubhub and app is lacking. Hopefully they improve over time.

First order was okay, second order took over two hours and customer service was bad. Do not recommend.
Garbage, won’t even let me log in
Got a flyer for this, first off the QR code on the flyer was broken so I had to manually look it up on the App Store. Then after I downloaded it the thing wouldn’t let me log in even after I made an account. It refused the password I made and then the codes it sent to my phone didn’t work. So one star since I couldn’t get the stupid thing to even log in.

kinda disappointed
Great selection of food and restaurants! However when I actually placed an order, communicating with the driver isn't available, and anything you need to change, like delivery instructions, or other things, is texted with customer service, and turns out, they cant even change it for you. Also they seem so lenient with discount codes, but when i go to actually use one, it tells me that the promo is unavailable for this order.. hmm

A joke
Ordered from them a handful of times and every time it’s been awful . The first two times they didn’t deliver my food . Third time the driver left my food on the ground and by the time I got to it, it had ants crawling into the box . I asked Wonder why the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions and they told me they can’t make the driver follow them . I’m disabled smh . So then what is the point of having them available ? Just ridiculous. Today was it for me . I paid for my food and waited and guess what the restaurant never received my order . I’ll just stick to door dash less of a headache and more reliable.
