Love gruum but some improvements can be done
The products and branding are a solid 10/10, and I really like the UI—it’s intuitive and easy to navigate. However, I’ve encountered two issues after using the app for less than an hour. First, the app is extremely slow; every time I press a button, it takes at least 5 seconds for the software to respond. Second, I can’t see if a product in my basket has wrapping selected or not. The listing only shows the product name and price. It would be much more helpful if the basket displayed whether I’ve chosen a wrapping option and allowed me to change the design while the item remains in my basket.

The app is basically the website without a proper homepage. Doesn’t load and lags a lot to the point I need to close and reopen.

Pointless
This “app” just shows the mobile version of the website. You have to login every time you open it, just like the website. You cannot get notifications on it like you’d expect from an app.

Love the sale notifications
I don’t usually check my emails so just being able to tap the notification has saved me missing a crazy sale, I managed to get 70% off the other week, plus another 20% because I was using the app 🤯🤯
