1 Star for the App, not the company
This is a truly ridiculous app.
Firstly, there’s zero connection between the website (desktop or mobile browser) and the app. If you add items into your shopping cart via ANY browser, don’t expect them to be in your cart on the app - they won’t be.
Secondly, the app is full of bugs. THREE times yesterday my shopping cart just emptied by itself, so being a smart person I decided to find a workaround - I wrote which items I want in my notepad as an initial backup, and then found that if I add them to my Wishlist, they stay there, so I’ve essentially got them backed up twice.
But I shouldn’t have to do that, should I?
And this isn’t a one-off incident - it happens a lot, and not just to me. It’s not a cache/cookies issue, it’s not a “we’re working on this” kinda situation, it’s just bad UI design.

rubbish update.
the new update just crashes the app as soon as i click on it
App is awful
Website encourages to order through app but when trying to open the app. It glitches and immediately closes. This is even in the latest update
Worse customer service and order handling system
Extremely disappointing experience. Their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. They simply do not listen to customers, even after repeated requests and explanations.
They also failed to deliver my order, resulting in a complete loss for me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I did not receive the support or service I expected.
Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
