Horrible update!
New update is horrible. The app is now difficult to navigate, journeys are incomplete or not showing in the correct order, and live tracking is no longer up to date. What used to be a reliable tracking app has become frustrating to use after the latest update.

Un-drivable vehicle
I have driver ID tracker system installed & it’s not fit for purpose, vehicle will not start despite having the ID present. Global engineer has attended & attempted to rectify but the issues persist and I find myself regularly stuck and unable to start the vehicle. Globals response has been good however.

A must have tool
I really cannot recommend this services highly enough! The peace of mind that this service brings is without measure. The team are prompt when I have forgotten to turn on my card. They call within a minute of my leaving home to check who is driving. The app adds a new level of security which is invaluable. My van is in for a repair at present, through the app, I know when the garage have turned the engine on and off, I can see exactly where they have driven on a test drive, and even the battery health of the van. It is very impressive! The peace of mind that my husband and I have now, knowing if the worst should happen, and the van is stolen, we have back up and a chance of recovering the van. The only thing that I would like to add, would be a notification setting that the van is in for repair. Or when we are on a ferry, we can mark it as such.

This has been amazing in so many ways. So far, it’s kept us in touch with battery condition while our vehicle is in store, reminded us where it’s parked in a town, allowed us to watch its progress when recovered from a breakdown and illicited a call to check its safety when it was moved, engine off, on a low-loader. Wouldn’t be without it!

Got these trackers on 5 of my cars and only one word describes (see title) I can see exactly where each and every car is I know if they have been started or moved in anyway. Well done brilliant.

Hopeless For Immobiliser
This app is fine for tracking but if you have an immobiliser installed it is so hit and miss as to whether this will work. Most of the time it’s miss. You will ask for it to immobilise or mobilise your vehicle, it sends a code via email and before you can enter it, the page goes back to the immobilisation button page. I really wanted to be able to immobilise my motorhome when we park up and go into town somewhere but I am now so concerned that I won’t be able to mobilise it again that I don’t use it. This needs to be sorted as it makes using it such a stress.

New Motorhome
We are just in the process of changing our motorhome. We’ve just had this tracker fitted on the new one and the interface is really easy to use.
Battery
It’s a great tracker but it does drain the battery need charging a lot
Update affected Battery monitor
Since the last update my tracker has only shown battery level dropping. There has been no increase in voltage shown from the fitted solar panel at all even on a bright day. I will now have to visit vehicle in storage to see what is going on. Prior to the update the battery monitor showed increases through the day due to solar input

Simply unreliable and poor
Due to insurance we had to have a tracker fitted with the edition of a card for each driver to carry whilst driving which links to the tracker, these have proven unreliable to communicate on many occasions, we have had 3 tracking boxes fitted in 2 years due to failing to report and been faulty. Had many justifications to why and promises that it won’t fail again… fact is the system is very poor, when using the app it is not always accurate on live tracking/ and especially when you view history reports (old technology). The tracking units have issues reporting more often than not. Very disappointed After 2 years they clearly do not have the ability to improve the product I ve lost count how many issues we have had.

Absolutely brilliant. Helpful, pleasant staff, easy to use and the app is accurate and very intuitive. Highly recommended!
Glitchy
Been using these trackers for a few years and find them very glitchy, usually fails every time i log in, sent plenty of photos and evidence to alex, all i get is they were doing planned maintenance at the time.
Awful product and service
I bought a car with this tracker fitted. Their bumf says to get I. Touch so they can check it works and then reactivate it. They took nearly £300 off me only to call me a day later to tell me the unit wasn’t working! I have since contacted them back offering three possible dates for their tech to fix the tracker, none of which suited them as ‘he was in holiday’!! To be honest after having paid and not received any service for over a month now I am not a happy customer. Save your money and avoid these scammers. I will be going to court if they do t respond to my letters.
