Too many false alerts

The complicated login process and false positive alerts make this app unusable.

Response from developer

Hi B. Delmar, we're sorry you are running into an issue. We appreciate the feedback. The app does not have a login process, so we'd like to understand what you are seeing there. We also have not had any emergency alerts go out (thank goodness) in the last couple of weeks, so we'd love to hear what you are referring to with false postitives. We carefully review every emergency alert that comes in and have not had any false positives. Can you please call our tech support line at 618.876.9111 and help us understand what you are seeing so that we can help you? Thank you.

Saves Lives

We have a staff of 400 at our church. Everyone is set up and has access. This app puts a panic button in the hands of all staff. It should be required for every church and school.

Didn't understand how to access this

Great concept, but I can't figure out how to access this. I'm a student doing research on ways for schools to have higher security. I went and downloaded this and it says I need a code given by an administrator. Went online and they don't tell you how to get the code from the administrator. It would be much easier to use if you could, say, make your own account with your own username and login
