Can’t trust it

At least once or twice I year I need to uninstall, reinstall, and get the code from my school all over again. It will just not send updates to some phones sometimes. It’s not predictable, and it’s been an ongoing problem all 4 years my school has used the app. Makes me feel very unsafe that it can’t be relied on in an emergency, which is the entire point.

Impressed

I’m impressed that this is the only app on the market that lets you notify first responders through the app!

Great app but needs an update

This is a great app; but doesn’t help the many staff members that work in multiple school buildings. Could you please update the app to include accounts; so staff can have accounts for different buildings? Our corporation is using this; but some of us are left out in the dark if we are in the “wrong” building!

Response from developer

Hi Farm Girl09! Love your name! Thank you for your review and compliment. The app does work across multiple locations. All the user needs to do is open the app when going to a location other than their home location. The app works this way since we don't track our users' locations through the app (a feature that MANY users have requested that we not implement). For the app to automatically know when a user switches locations, we would have to track their phone movement all the time. We feel this is a security and privacy concern. Once you open the app, it reports into our platform and notes that you are now "attached" to a different location. I hope this helps and you will consider changing your rating to a higher value. Thank you!

Great app

Would love to see a feature that allows it to work from a smart watch! I know myself and many of my coworkers wear our watches instead of carrying our phones, it would be awesome for this to work with the watch as well.

Feedback

Such a great app! We just did a drill at my school. The app worked great, but I had one thing that I thought might make the app even better. Could you make the notifications show up on a smart watch? So many teachers stuff their phones in their purse and only use their watch during the day. Just thought of it after the last drill.
