Out of business?

I think they are out of business.
My cloud connection to them is down and has been for awhile and support links on their app to zen desk are broken as well as other support links on their website. This app and its equipment are useless now.

The hardwares are goo its the apps that is useless and it makes the product unuseable.

Garbage

The software doesn’t connect to the valve controller and the unhelpful helpdesk says I can’t get their support because I bought the product through Amazon. Really!? Seriously!? Garbage!

Can’t get past the user agreement screen!

On my iPhone after entering my username and password the user agreement screen doesn’t accept me clicking on “I agree”. I have scrolled all the way to the bottom but I will not advance past this. This makes my valve controller worthless! Fix it.

Hardware and concept are great but software and app are terrible. Tech support is non-existent. It has been like this for years.
