Great Service Overall
I've been a Guardian Credit Union member for years, and overall I've had a great banking experience. The only issue I had was with a transaction that couldn't be resolved through Guardian, even though they had the same information as another institution. I ended up working with the other company, and they were able to return my money to my account within minutes.
That experience was disappointing and caused me to stop banking with Guardian for a couple of months. However, because of the excellent service I've received over the years, I decided to come back. Everyone has always been professional, friendly, and helpful, and I still trust Guardian with my banking. No bank is perfect, but Guardian has earned my business again.

I’ve been with Guardian for 10yrs and I wouldn’t trade it for anything ,they are very helpful ,professional and trustworthy people! They will alert you if they think a site is a scam they have saved me multiple times ! Cheers to ten years and many more thanks Guardian!

I’m disappointed the way my account got defrauded with multiple transactions because broke into my cash app change pin and guardian didn’t investigate cash app security on my account.
30 years
It’s been almost 30 years since I started doing business with Guardian. They’ve never let me down. Here’s to the next 30.

App would Be a lot Better If it compatible with third party company’s like most FDIC Banks.

Can’t login anymore
Wife and I changed phone and updated to latest OS and can no longer login. Cloudflare human verification fails with error so we can’t get past login screen. We’ve attempted deleting and redownloading app to no avail.
app needs to be fixed
The app was fine until a few months ago when they updated it now everytime you log in and try to transfer it logs you out and then you have to log in again. It always works the second time but it is very inconvenient. My husband app and a few family members apps do the same
