Forced to Update Now App Doesn’t Work At All

I hate when companies force you to update an app and it just breaks it. I was forced to update this app and now I can’t even get past a loading screen to view my account. So frustrating. I’m uninstalling it.

App is garbage. Can’t even get into it anymore. Password reset doesn’t work. I’m closing all
My accounts with them tomorrow just because hey can’t get their online banking together. Ridiculous you can’t even access your own money.

When an upgrade is a downgrade

This new app is trash. Works worse than the old one. Thanks for the cost cutting measures that hurt the end user. Do better. User interface is garbage and takes 3 min to see your accounts.
