Poor Service
We’ve had nothing but poor Service since we started using Guardian.
service and tech is obsolete
Just tired of the service or lack of it. Impossible to get assistance unless you set off the alarm. Smoke and CO detectors go on fritz and just replacing batteries will trigger a visit from your friendly neighborhood firefighters. Only customer support hours are typical business work hours so unless you are one of the ones not called back to office by a fortune 100 company, good luck with being able to install replacement devices.

Setting temps
Difficult to set temperature for any specific periods in the “schedule” tab. Video is great and alerts are timely

Horrible I’ve been paying and my equipment doesn’t work only the alarm in order to keep my service I have to upgrade to a new camera which is 300 with 99 installation it’s cheeper to change to a better company

Worst customer service ever
I have tried to get them to work on my app no one is able to help me but they have the time to take my money every month. I won’t recommend this app to anyone.
Your app does not allow explanation of low battery alarms NOR where the battery is
Not a friendly app. Only option is to call your center. Which does not work in weekends apparently. Sad. For the money I pay.
Do better Fix the iPhone issue
It’s taking far too long to fix the iPhone issue. You keep telling me if I turn off WiFi the app will work better. Then my whole house is without WiFi. I keep asking you how Guardian works without WiFi but you won’t answer me. God forbid someone has a medical emergency and all they are able to get to is the app.

it stopped working when i updated the IOS
System battery low
This message alone is not helpful. What would be helpful is telling me which battery needs replacing so that I a) don’t have to call Guardian to ask which battery, or b) don’t needlessly replace batteries. If this is already an available feature, please tell me where to find it.
Terrible App
As soon as I downloaded the app, I quit getting access to some of my trusted websites like Knott’s Berry Farm. And emails were wiped out. DON’T GET UNLESS YOU WANT FRUSTRATIONS ADDED TO YOUR LIFE!!

Bought a new home and got setup with this system. Had high expectations before and it all seems good before activation date.
There so many features that users come to expect from modern system that they do not support. For example, I cannot set the this to monitor some doors and other not monitor. For example, not possible to monitor the front doors while allowing the back doors to be unmonitored when you are sitting on the deck and want security in front but not in back doors. Another example if geofencing. Alarm should be activated automatically when leaving the home, this is not possible. The app is also extremely old and difficult to use. Unfortunately was convinced into signing up. Regret that decision. Expensive, outdated and obsolete system with an app that appears to have been developed 10 years ago and never updated.

Too much faulty issues
This is the second panel, and the wiring always causes issues after a couple of months.
Keeps logging me out
For months now issues, worked great. In the last 2 months it will just randomly log me out. Very frustrating especially the first time as app and website logins are not the same. What happened?
