Disappointed
I have had this app for a couple of years and it has never worked correctly… No matter what I do , it will never let me log in more than once.
I reset the password and it will work for a week then stop. I have erased it and reloaded it multiple times and it continues to do the same thing over and over again. For the size of the company, you would think that they would be able to provide their customers with an app that actually works.
I find it very aggravating that if I am traveling with my family, I have to literally use a laptop to login to make sure that my banking and bills are all paid through the actual website online browser.
I was able to give this review any lower of a score I would!

Terrible
Very slow, very impracticable
Needs work
Every time I login it sometimes allows me to or crashes then I have to reload and start over again. Also, my Face ID keeps turning off every time I need to use the app I have to log in manually. I can’t even use Face ID anymore. I really consider changing banks because of this app.

Terrible online service
Constantly down and constantly make you change your password to which half of the time whatever you want to change your password to just gives you an error message and doesn’t explain why.
Complaint
This app need to be updated , it’s not practical as other banking app , its is hard to manage basic needs , some option is not even available . I’m not going to put my money on a app that hard to manage

I love my new bank! Everyone is so nice thanks ladies and gentlemen!!! No hidden fees at least none I’ve seen. 5 stars across the board

Verify then verify then verify again on top of face recognition that rarely works. Zelle is a problem on here, not a very functional app

Banking app is always down & takes forever to get ahold of the bank
Mobile Banking is Terrible
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on multiple occasions over the last year and the system is always down and not running. When I called to talk to the CU about it I was repeatedly told to uninstall and reinstall as if that would magically fix the issue after I told them I have three times and it was not working properly.

App hardly works
I’ve tried now for days to use the mobile app & the moment I try to open it, it just crashes. I finally just deleted it. This is the only bank of mine that I have issues with the app.
Mobile app not working
Used it yesterday and worked fine. Today cannot even get into the app. Spent an hour on hold and all the employee said was it must be your phone!
Every 6 months I have a problem like this with this credit union. I have been a member of other credit unions and this is the worst of them. I have transferred most of my money elsewhere because I cannot depend on this credit union.

UPDATE IT
App is good and everything but doesn’t show me my transaction history. I just started seeing that the app is not even loading no more it keeps crash once I click it. I rather have an app that can work for everything and show me transactions history as well from using my credit card you’re telling me I have to wait for my statements to show see what I spent my money that’s so stupid. Guardian please update the app or something that doesn’t cause so much issues I’ve been using the app since 2021 and now it’s just crashing all the time🤦🏽♂️

Can’t Get Representative
Every time I call to make a payment or ask them to collect a payment it didn’t give you the option. For mobile banking it’s the most inconvenient app.

Absolutely worst app ever and if you have this bank I truly feel sorry for you. Go to a new bank!!!!!!!!!
Unusable App
This app hasn't worked in close to 2 years now and it's unacceptable I've never had a bank that doesn't have a functional app.

Online banking never works, the customer is awful! When I call I have gotten a women with an accent twice who is not helpful at all and always seems aggravated. My sister and friend just mentioned that the are closing their account and so will I. They should Probably all get training: thanks

I liked it better when my Zelle was separate from my app because it doesn’t always show up when I sign in or it takes forever to deposit whatever being sent or received.
