Worked Once

Downloaded this app once to use at a mine site village. Then didn’t need it for a while so deleted it. Need it now again for another site that uses guesst. and no matter what I try it is impossible to log in. Just keeps popping up a window saying you have logged out successfully 🤷‍♂️

App worked fine until the upgrade

Cannot get any information on the app now. Cannot see dinner, maintenance requests, gym bookings any. The app is useless now.

Clunky as

App is barely usable, keeps sending you on webpages for different actions, which themselves are not functioning properly either !

Yeah Nah stuck on Tanami Site instead of Groote

No Use trying this app, only keeps you on the wrong site & developers don’t even help any one sort this issue (if you all the other 1 star reviews) other sites have great apps….

Lacking interchange

How do you change village locations please? App doesn’t fulfill the required intent if it locks you into one location only.
Could cause a safety issue as all the contact numbers in the app are for this village only, and not relevant to my current location.
I would happily give feedback within the app if the option was available.
A help, chatbot, or FAQ could be worth considering perhaps?
Thank you
