Yeah Nah stuck on Tanami Site instead of Groote
No Use trying this app, only keeps you on the wrong site & developers don’t even help any one sort this issue (if you all the other 1 star reviews) other sites have great apps….
Lacking interchange
How do you change village locations please? App doesn’t fulfill the required intent if it locks you into one location only.
Could cause a safety issue as all the contact numbers in the app are for this village only, and not relevant to my current location.
I would happily give feedback within the app if the option was available.
A help, chatbot, or FAQ could be worth considering perhaps?

Doesn’t Work
Unable to login, “this version of the mobile app doesn’t work with this instance”. Whatever that means - useless.

Nightmare log ins and security concerns
The log on is a nightmare. You’re forced to log in via Google/Apple/Microsoft. Even if you select sign in by email it’s a trap- it forces you thru Microsoft anyway.
I’m furious to be forced to link my personal Microsoft account. Way to add to peoples worries!!!!!!
Watch as the developers respond with the same copy paste rubbish response. Don’t pretend it’s for streamlining the process for users- it’s the opposite!! It makes it harder and forces us to risk data we don’t want to.

Log in does not work
I had a username and password for the old Guesst App. Trying that just gave an error. I created a new account, but I was unable to log in using it. Log in needs to be fixed. SSO with Google/Apple/etc should not be the only options - this is not ok!

Cant change the Village and when you go to home its just a blank screen. I want to punch the creators head in.
Forced login with MS, Apple or Google. No generic sign in
As others have mentioned. Forces login through either, Microsoft, Apple or Google account. Even though it provides a sign-up option for generic details, you then can’t sign in with those details. Absolutely ridiculous.
Most people don’t want to use those accounts for a camp app just to view basic info and log maintenance requests or book some sporting stuff.
This is a step backwards from the original app. And please don’t tell me it’s a benefit to use one of the big three accounts for signing in. It’s data harvesting and not something I’m interest in doing for a non-essential service. Very disappointing.

Pure garbage
None of the buttons or links work to sign in. Useless app, useless company.

Absolutely the worst sign in process I’ve ever come across. Not possible, can’t do it, says I need a parent or guardian to sign in for me…. I’m 44 years old why the hell would I need that? Got no idea what the app is like because I can’t access it. Bring back the old app, it worked, easily. Stop wasting our time.

Asks too many questions, wants to know too much, I downloaded if to get a daily menu.
Most of it would be so they can sell the info, so you get bombarded with spam emails and phone calls day and night..
Have to sign up for a new account as old account won’t work, then Sign in get to home page and it wants to go through it all again accept this accept that.. rinse repeat..
Don’t bother I am now deleting it as it is too much effort..

Shockingly poor performance from this app. Just bin it and start again from scratch.
What was the point in the new app?
How do I change which camp I am at?
Why do I now have to re-do my gym inductions after years of having access?
Why change app and then make it more work for your customers/users?
