The app just displays a blank page. Have had to delete it. Poor.
Gimmick that doesn’t work
Unreliable, slow, and just pointless. A key works fine we don’t need a badly developed app to get into our room. So infuriating standing outside your room while a bad app tries to work. Just give us a key!
Presidential Suite Guest At Herods.
I am a guest currently staying in the presidential suite in Eilat. I write this in hopes that management will see the failure in their company’s app. The app doesn’t work at all. For a brief moment, it worked, and I thought to myself that I could briefly travel around without a key. The opposite was true. Not only does the key on the phone not work, but it bricks your phone. It's a horrible app. It's definitely not even close to the level of Hilton.

Once you download the app you get sent a message - last step open your browser and tap log in. Is this a joke? There are simply no further options and no assistance for users. We need to get into out accomodation and it’s minus 5 degrees - thanks for nothing it’s a zero rating from us

Only reason it gets 2 stars is that it displays my reservation and wifi password. Everything else doesn’t work.

This app requires an external browser to login. Tried with Safari and Chrome on iOS/iPad but no success.

Unusable terrible app
I never write app reviews but this one is terrible! We were told to use the app to access our room. Thank goodness the front desk was staffed and gave us key cards. This is beta software at best. Please make the app work if you want guests to be able to use it(!)
Terrible - unusable & lacks core APIs
The app doesn’t not launch from stay link on Android. iOS version activated via stay link but messaging is not functional (new messages not showing up).

Great app!
I used this app at a hotel I stayed at and it worked perfectly the whole time. Didn’t have any issues opening the door and it was super convenient to have my key so handy in my phone! I had access to my room and the rooftop lounge and was able to share the guest app with my family members so they could get access too.
