Fantastic stay

Guesthouse staff was extremely accommodating throughout my stay. The concierge check in was a nice personal touch along with the follow up emails to ensure everything was going well. The unit was immaculate and the bath products so luxurious. Can’t wait to book again!

Worst check in experience

If you can use an Airbnb or booking, do not ever use this app! They ask for a member fee to book and they are not true with their pictures and descriptions. They said they have individual garage but it is so narrow that none of the cars can park in. You can only put half of your car in and half on the narrow street, you will be very lucky if your neighbor is also home, cause then the two cars will be so close to each other and you won’t even open the door. The wifi is also not working. We have to wait for them to fix it at the first day we check in. Also there is formaldehyde odor inside the house.

ZERO customer service and accountability

We are a successful married couple with experience nomading for several years. We have dealt with a lot but this takes the cake.

First up, this house did not have all that was advertised. The hot water didn’t work. Supplies weren’t ready and we needed to ask them to bring us a trash can.

We were forgiving and let them fix it. Instead they decided to take the rug and charge us a 170 fee for cleaning. I could buy 3 rugs for that.

Not happy with this app and the integrity of this service. Nice property, poor management and experience

According to our Membership Policy, any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the Member. Unfortunately, dirt stains and food spills were visible on the rug which required a commercial grade cleaning. Our Support team provided you with before and after photos, in addition to the receipt for the repair. Best rental options. Easy to use.

Has the best homes available for rent. Feels like the “greatest hits” of rental properties. The app is easy to use and navigate, don’t feel bombarded with a million options, not too busy. Highly recommend.

Guesthouse is genius

I’ve always had trouble finding monthly stays. Now especially with remote work being the norm, I really appreciate Guesthouse and how easy they make it to book a space on a month by month basis. The best part is how thoughtful and curated the spaces are. They prioritize quality and design in everything and I’m so impressed. I also love the customer service and how intuitive and easy to use the app is. Can’t wait till they expand to more cities!

Amazing experience, beautiful decor!!

My husband and I have been testing out different neighborhoods and with various rental apps before we settle down in LA and Guesthouse by far has been one of the best experience!! Not only was the concierge on top of all communication the apartment decor beautiful! Well designed and thought out. Would highly recommend trying Guesthouse.
