App won’t even let me pick my injury just freezes on the little man. What a waste of money. Sent an email no reply. Don’t waste your time and seek a physio or tell your surgeon the app doesn’t work and get other advice

Was quite happy with the app when I first started using it, then it stopped loading on phase 64
I tried deleting & reloading to no avail.

I Love It
This app was recommended by my surgeon after my ACL surgery. It is thorough, covers all the exercises I need and easy to use. I can do my rehab anytime, anywhere. For the cost of a coffee, I can fully recover from a major operation.
Excellent Physio App
I love this app. I used this app in conjunction with my therapist. After a few sessions, I realised the app was offering more than my therapist. Since then, I have been using app alone. My knee injury is almost 100% and I saved lots of $$$ and time.

This app only has information relating to foot, knee, hip and hand injuries. If you are like me and have any other injury or condition you are wasting your money.

Bought this app on the weekend which was recommend by my knee specialist and I can not access it. Need it to do physio please fix the bugs so I can access it!
