Filled with Ads, doesn’t work.
The app is filled with Ads, it didn’t used to be like that; now that it is it’s slow and doesn’t even load anything anymore. The Army issued a new app called “MyArmyPost” use that instead.

This is an app that simply links to Google Maps. I don’t think playing a horrible and unskippable ad every time I try to find a building is necessary.

How military cannot create their own app with ads is beyond me. Most of the time I’m stuck with game ads I have to play the game for about 10min before I can move on. This app is useless and if new soldiers are relying on it at the first duty station, it’s a bad look.
What happened
I legit don’t know what happened since I lasted used the app, but when I tried to click on a building number to start navigation I got a pop up with a fake iPhone background that said I had viruses on my phone and needed to download an antivirus from the App Store. What in the SCAMMING GARBAGE IS THIS??? the app used to be good, what even

Unusable
This app is unusable with the adds it has. Straight cancer. I’ve had the app for 10 minutes and will be deleting and never redownloading.
Great App
Use it daily. Just upgrade to a subscription if using as often as myself. Small fee helps offset the cost for the creator.
Great but the forever ad sucks
Yea love to use the app but they play this unstoppable game ad that only seems to go away if you play. Just play a video bro
App works great
Every time I move to a new installation I have a hard time trying to navigate. This app has all the information I need from building locations, on post resources available, and events.
AD Infested
I understand that you have ads that pay for keeping this app open, but it’s ridiculous that you can’t search for a building on any installation without being inundated with ads for an eternity. Use Google Maps
Excellent resource
This is such an amazing resource. It has a wealth of information. I’ve used it numerous times to get one base for ceremonies. Now I’m using it to prepare for our first PCS.

This app has cancerous ads now. It’s better to just use Waze or learn your instillation

This is a very helpful app/program. We use it on a daily basis and it’s the most helpful tool for us. Communication with the creator is fast and easy and she helps at any time to help or assist with anything possible. Highly recommend this app!
Good app ruined by adds
The adds make this app unusable. I skip an add and another one immediately starts before sending me back to the search screen and then starting another add. It’s a shame because back when this app worked it was quite useful
App is trash
I use to love this app but now I have to watch an AD before I get the directions which does not work. I have watched the ads over and over and never got the directions to the location I needed.
Good but not great
I use this app to locate obscure buildings and out of the way building numbers during emergencies. GuidenOn has consistently been more accurate than other map apps, especially on installations where standard maps fall short.
Lately, however, fullscreen mobile game ads have started appearing during searches. These ads interrupt navigation and delay access to critical location information. I understand the need for ads, but fullscreen interruptions that prevent immediate access to a building address are not appropriate for an app used in time sensitive situations.
This app has become an excellent tool, but its reliability is being undermined by intrusive advertising. Please consider limiting ads during active searches or offering an ad free option or something. When users are trying to locate a building quickly, speed and accessibility should come first.

Ads!!!!
WTH is with the ads that you can’t exit out of? This use to be the Bee’s Knees and now every time I select a location to direct myself to I’m reduced to trying to get out of it. But surprise, you can’t get out of the ad

Ads have ruined it
This used to be an absolute necessity for anyone PCSing or visiting a new base. Now it has more ads than any app I have ever used. Get Google maps instead, it has most locations on bases. A real shame, I used to recommend this app all the time.
Ads killed the app
I don’t mind ads when done correctly. Now, when you try to find something a ad will pop up and doesn’t go away. You’re stuck on a playable ads for a game. I’ve even waited several minutes and it won’t clear.
This app is now completely useless.
