The app is berry glitched and messed up but if you wait for everything to load is goes fine. They need to fix all the bugs
Never any routes available
Every time I open the app, no matter what time of day, it tells me there are no rides available. What’s going on?!
Completely Unreliable
Relying on this system is a terror for people who need to get to work and school, and whose futures and stability are currently depending on this transportation.
Don’t if you have an appointment
Pick up times are inconsistent. Scheduled rides have made me late to appointments multiple times.
Queue
Why is it that when I request a ride and tell me it’s 17 mins until pick up and then check back says 9 mins and then wait 10 mins I’m still at 9 mins. Can you fix your system where person in queue gets picked up at the appropriate time that is scheduled. Same thing goes for when getting dropped off why after I get picked up we do go around the block and pick up another person where I was just picked up and do that and more times? Make the system work better this is getting annoying. It’s not very smooth of a system.
