If you give it enough time it usually is on time
Honestly after I found a few tricks on how to schedule my rides it works great I love that there are multiple drop off locations

The app is berry glitched and messed up but if you wait for everything to load is goes fine. They need to fix all the bugs
Never any routes available
Every time I open the app, no matter what time of day, it tells me there are no rides available. What’s going on?!

Relying on this system is a terror for people who need to get to work and school, and whose futures and stability are currently depending on this transportation.
Don’t if you have an appointment
Pick up times are inconsistent. Scheduled rides have made me late to appointments multiple times.
