Infuriating
Not adjusted for UK (eg date formats, terminology). Assumes you have paper documents when you might have gone paperless - and I know you can get round that but not within the 5 minutes they claim the process takes.

Why upload documents and then to be able to edit a typo on the address and go back you have to upload all the documents again. Poor app

Poor application experience
Constantly states network error or unable to process. Also states leave application installed until documents verified. Not liking this experience right now especially when the reason for this type of app is personal data passport etc. needs resolving. All other iPhone service are working perfectly fine.
Since speaking to support (thanks for assisting) the network updates did not resolve and the actual issue I identified was VPN. however one other concern is that Norton will block this app and is treated as a scam site so you will need to disable service or configure to accept.

What a terrible system
Disappointing
This app is very frustrating when trying to use camera to upload photo of documents it kicks off the app and didn’t sync with my new phone, it did work with older phone.

Far too sensitive when taking pictures of documents. Lost count of the number times I had to retake pictures.

Very quick and easy for an old man to do and understand

Answering intrusive questions and uploading every bit of information a fraudster could possibly need then paying £30 for that privilege is beyond the pale.

Had trouble finding address confirmation documents less than 3 months old. Most of my correspondence is via email and paperless or received scanned and destroyed. You need to find alternatives. I found this whole exercise lengthy and not easy to follow. What is wrong with seeing me in person? What is wrong with getting verification from my solicitor? What if I do not have a smart phone? So much trouble for an easy face to face.
