Far to much IT for the over 75’s I struggled to complete the tasks and I am above average on PC and Laptop
Obstacle course
Having taken the plunge to move house, these days a next hurdle is to provide a range of info to attest that one’s clean & solvent (& not money-laundering). This requires baring one’s financial soul ~ all sorts of links & permissions ~ to an unseen official AI entity, whose own instructions & demands are more penetrating & less straightforwardly managed than one might prefer to expect. In my case it’s now declared itself provisionally satisfied ~ enough boxes ticked, docs & links uploaded &c ~ but I have a nagging suspicion it may be back for more. There’s little leeway for explanation if one’s circs happen in any way to be less than clear-cut (eg that one is both an OAP and self-employed freelancer) …

This is such a pain.
Dreadful
Unbelievable
Infuriating
Not adjusted for UK (eg date formats, terminology). Assumes you have paper documents when you might have gone paperless - and I know you can get round that but not within the 5 minutes they claim the process takes.
