If it’s in print you own what you purchased. Guitar techniques and Total Guitar apps were purchased and can no longer be accessed after publication ceased. Total scam.

Was nice now new issues are not showing up
Canceling after years of subscription
Subscription is still active but the service wants to charge for the next issue. I canceled my auto renewal. Lots of options for other magazines without continually reloading and recovering. And now that no longer works.
Nothing works correctly
The digital interface of guitar world ruined this once great magazine. I subscribed and nothing ever actually worked. Luckily it was a free trial and I could cancel. Made me create an account through some third party which would never actually recognize. No magazine issues would ever download. I signed up for literally nothing to happen but waste my time.

Garbage
I no longer have a subscription but when I had a print subscription many of those issues were also included in my library. I opened the app after a long while and all of my back issues in My Library had been removed.
Like most things today, buying something doesn’t mean it’s yours, and they can take it away at anytime, either from greed or incompetence.
