The screen turns completely white
After every transaction, the app shows a blank white screen and doesn’t log out properly. The issue persists despite multiple updates. Please assist.
My opinion
Frequent and continuous updates are annoying; these updates must be reduced and tested before being released to users.

Session timeout
After the new update session timeout message showing again and again. Not able to work in mobile app as earlier.

It always forces you to log in with your password. No virtual card, it doesn’t remember anything.

Today I went to Gulf bank located in al fanar mall. I was little nervous because of my previous experience with another gulf bank branch. But today I met with one lady and she is working as a public relations officer. The way she approached my concerns and the explanations she given to me just awesome. KYC forces reroute
With new update you are forced to include persona information (which is unnecessary) and even until final step it does not let you use the app and turns out with error. Why would I go to a branch to update something Gulf Bank doesn’t need? And now i cannot use the app. Horrible update which needs fixing now!
