After years of providing banking support with convenience, confidence, and accessibility, suddenly I cannot use the mobile banking features that I have come to rely on.
As I prepared for an extended vacation, I was advised to update my app, only to discover that to do so I would need to purchase a new iPhone!
I can’t afford that AND go on my vacation, so I’m very inconvenienced.
I had never had any security issues so I really don’t get it.
Can’t check my balance. Can’t confirm amounts of payments. Can’t check automatic deposits. Can’t use Zelle to transfer money, etc. 2000 miles into the trip—not even 1/4 of itinerary.
Very frustrating.
