I’ve received good support always which is a selling point, but I had an issue with fraud and had to change my card. They helped me through the whole process but I ended up losing the dispute. Not happy about it but I can’t complain about the service

As a financial institution, GCEFCU is great. They are always really helpful. Their app on the other hand, is terrible. Clunky, slow, not intuitive at all. Major overhaul needed.
