Unable to cancel subscription

I was charged without knowing and i couldnt cancel the subscription through the app NOR the app store. I’ve tried contacting through the app but no response was sent. i’ve been charged for 2 months of this subscription, and tried many different ways to cancel. THIS IS A SCAM.

Tried this for about 2 hours using the free week then it’s free to cancel subscription then deleted it and it’s been taking money out my account this app is a scam
