Charged me even after I canceled !
I have been trying to contact the team for 6 days now about a refund I canceled it the day after getting it and was still charged. I keep email them but have been received any help in 6 days I can’t follow the instruction to cancel it for a refund because I already did ! Worst customer help ! If you can even call it that because they don’t help !

Not easy to cancel
Does not show up in my Apple account so no way to cancel and unclear how to do so in app.

Thank you for your feedback. If the subscription does not appear in your Apple account, it may have been activated through a different Apple ID or another payment method. Please also check under iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
