Lena, we understand your frustration. If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellations must be managed directly in your Apple ID settings and cannot be completed inside the app. Please go to Settings on your iPhone > [your name] > Subscriptions, select VPN Guru, and choose Cancel Subscription. If you have already contacted us and have not received a reply, please email support@guruvpn.com again with your account details and any information about the issue so we can check it as quickly as possible. Lamentamos mucho la situación que describes y entendemos tu molestia. Lo que comentas sobre la cancelación de la suscripción, el cargo automático y la confusión con la semana de prueba no es la experiencia que queremos ofrecer. Para revisar tu caso a detalle, por favor escríbenos a support@guruvpn.com e incluye el correo vinculado a tu suscripción, la fecha del cargo, el comprobante de pago y cualquier mensaje que hayas recibido sobre la cancelación o el reembolso.
