Location
It’s unable to detect my correct location, I live in SC, it says the closest location is in Kentucky. Unable to get back to Home Screen. Too many glitches in this app, I’m getting rid of it
Major location glitch on app
The app location is stuck on Oxford Mississippi. I cannot get it to move, even when I type in a new address. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.
I don’t consider myself technically challenged, but this one has thrown me. Please fix!!!!

June 15. 2026. 6:30 pm. Placed an order on the AP, Hwy. 31 Vestavia Hills. Amount charged appeared on the AP. Went to pickup and we were advised this store does not use the AP and we would have to apply for a refund .
I went inside and asked for the manager or franchisee. We were given the 2 meals we ordered. Why were we able to place an order when this store does not use the AP??

Horrible App
If your going to have an App, then it needs to be able to be used by more than 5-6 restaurants. Get with the times like the other restaurants and update the locations of the restaurants to be able to use it or make a new one.
No Ga location
There’s at least three Guthrie’s in Georgia and there’s not one location on the app

Won’t find any of the Georgia stores or do anything else. Waste of time.
Can’t get it to locate anywhere but Mississippi location
We have multiple locations in our Alabama town and I couldn’t get it to recognize anywhere but Oxford, Mississippi. I hate to be mean, but this app is useless.
Worst app ever
I live in Georgia and have 2 Guthries within 5 miles of home. Yet when I use tha app to do an online order the only location choices are over 300 miles away. They know how to cook breaded chicken I reckon but fail miserably at making a competent app.

Only eight locations available, four in the Memphis area, one in Jackson, Mississippi, and three near Covington, Kentucky (Cincinnati area).
Can’t set location
When you try to search for a location it doesn’t work. It defaults to a Mississippi location.
I don’t live in Mississippi
The app will not let me select a store in my area (or even in my state!) no matter how I enter my address. I have tried repeatedly. I enter my zip code, my City and state—even my complete address and it never changes. I can’t use it if I can’t buy from my local stores! Very frustrating.
Needs an update
Add Alabama locations. The lack of locations makes me want to go to competitors that have usable apps.

Horrible App
They just opened a new location near me and I am unable to change the store location to place an order. What food service restaurant does this?
