Also in this update: • Log runs, planks, and carries by time. Every exercise can switch between weight × reps and a stopwatch, and your longest time counts as a PR. • Quick-select a recent exercise mid-session and your last weight and reps fill themselves in. • Apple Health, done properly: sessions export with their real activity type and a per-exercise breakdown, workouts from your Watch or other apps show up in your history, and if a Watch recorded your session, its heart rate and calories appear on it. • Training phases moved to the Workouts tab, where they belong. • New Lifetime option: pay once, keep Maximum Motivation forever. • Smoother side-to-side scrolling on the weight chart. • Fixed: completed days and streaks now sync reliably with your Apple ID. If your streak ever reset after a reinstall, that one was on us. It's fixed, and your history comes back the next time you sign in.
