A stability and accuracy pass across the workout screens, calorie numbers, and watch sync. The weight you dial in stays put • Hand-dialled weights no longer drift, reset, or disagree between phone and watch. • A weight you change mid-workout no longer gets written into your saved training program. • The dial no longer flips back to an earlier set's value when rest ends. • The Set Log shows the weight you actually lifted, not the programmed target. • Bodyweight sets stay at bodyweight. • Prefill no longer skips a rung when you're lifting heavier than a ramped plan. Exercise order and navigation • Exercise order no longer reshuffles or duplicates itself mid-session. • Skip Exercise now appears on the rest timer between exercises, so you can move on without waiting out the countdown. • Finishing an exercise early from the rest timer now asks you to confirm. • Undoing an exercise swap updates both phone and watch. • Re-adding a finished exercise mid-workout shows the right set count on the watch. Calories • Cardio calories no longer swing between otherwise identical workouts, or land at 1 kcal when heart-rate data arrives late in the set. • Strength calories no longer inflate over a long workout when the rest timer is off. Watch sync • Add Another Set on the watch reaches the phone, including when the watch joined a workout the phone started. • Activity Log entries, imports from Strava and Fitness+, meals logged on the watch, and profile edits appear on the watch right away instead of after a relaunch. Also • Fixed rare crashes after the app had been suspended in the background for a long time. • Abandoned workouts no longer count toward your Schedule history.
