Terrible gym
Took money twice
Great Gym
Everyone respects each other and makes an effort to put equipment back.
Water fountains work for bottles but not drinking straight from it
Loads of machines and weights to share

DO NOT USE THIS GYM
I have had a personally terrible experience with this gym. I cancelled my membership in January and paid February as they require they then continued taking payments and were very dismissive when i contacted them. They were VERY unhelpful and kept threatening me with court. Do not use this gym
I’m trying to cancel founders it seems that there is no cancel button on the app

I don’t want to bring my phone to the gym
I wish there was a way to just use my Apple Watch to get into the gym. I don’t have pockets and really don’t want to carry around my phone
This app does not update
I have had several problems with the app. This never works when needed by the gym and now asks me to update the app and doesn’t even allow to update. So much tech and it does not work properly
Can access gym
Haven’t been able to access the gym on multiple occasions, if you have bad internet signal the location services can’t find you and won’t open the access gate
Daria
Could you please bring back the feature that shows how many people have booked a class? This was really important for me as someone with social anxiety — it helped me feel more comfortable deciding whether to join.
Everything else seemed pretty convenient. Nfc lock is genius tbh.

App could use re-engineering
The app is a good concept, but the one feature that every user uses most often (Access) is hidden two clicks / levels down + a scroll from the app Home Screen. That means that half the users stand for 10-20 seconds by the gate looking for it before getting in.
Should be an easy tweak to bring it forward - could the devs please look into it?

Do not come to this gym
They make u pay a 12 month contract so u can’t even cancel and when u want to cancel it cancels the same month the next year. So if u paid for the membership in January and wanted it to cancel next year January, well good luck because you can’t you’d have to wait till September the following year. And I moved house theh won’t even cancel it.
