Less setup, easier logging, and a clearer view of your workout. • Rest your way: set a rest time for each exercise, or turn it off for supersets. • Keep templates up to date: optionally save the weights you lift back to your template. Percentage-based sets stay unchanged. • Pick up where you left off: newly added working sets can use your previous performance, including RPE. Rep-range sets start from your previous reps, within the planned range. • Save a workout as a template: turn a Start New workout into a reusable template from its summary. • Redesigned Live Activity: see your next set, RPE, and rest countdown in a cleaner layout. • Clearer set summaries: weight-first formatting and grouped sets make templates and history easier to scan. Also includes simpler onboarding, performance improvements, and bug fixes.
