What's New in Proof
2.3
October 22, 2026
Proof 2.3, What's New Balance. A third tab on Progress that puts the week your body had next to the week your log had: steps, active minutes, sleep and lifting on one grid, with one word on top. In balance, short on rest, easing off, off the plan. Steps, exercise minutes, sleep and resting heart rate are read from Apple Health on your phone and never sent anywhere. Over time Proof learns what your sleep and your steps do to your lifting, and says so in counts once it has the sessions to back it up. Body. Compare now shows what you trained more in green and less in blue on every skin. Single arm and single leg. A switch in the lift menu for lifts you do one side at a time. Import. Lift names from Strong and Hevy keep your own wording. Imported history keeps its own milestones, but time with Proof starts at your first workout filed here. Fixes. The just-logged chip no longer turns into a white card. The Next up card on Today keeps its Start button in place on every phone size. Session insights lift rows open with a slide and come back the same way.
