Unfortunately it was a mistake.

It was the worse gym app I’ve ever downloaded. Honestly. Why I can’t create my own workout. Right from the start AI put together and work out based on a few questions. Ok great but now I want to change it work different body parts. Unfortunately I couldn’t once AI put a routine together. I’m so glad I signed up for the monthly subscription. I canceled it two days later got no support either. Gymaholic is the best app so far and works great with the Apple Watch.
