Heart rate and calories in your history. Open a workout you recorded with Apple Watch to see your average and maximum heart rate, active calories and a heart rate graph from Apple Health. You can share a finished workout from the same screen. A better History chart. It now has a title and unit, switches between daily and weekly bars, and shows the total when you touch a bar. Your watch starts with you. Tap Start on your iPhone and GymGymA opens on your Apple Watch by itself, so heart rate and calories arrive right away. Also new: kg or lbs is remembered for each exercise, exercise pictures in routines and in the exercise picker, notes on exercises, units on the watch, a tidier watch screen, a new app icon, and a Settings option to add past workouts to Apple Health. Fixes: workouts are saved to Apple Health reliably again, and live heart rate on the iPhone no longer lags.
