Technical problems

Errors always occur whenever I write my information for signing up. Fix it

Bad experience

so bad experience ever and no chance to cancel the subscription

Terrible!

Update has been absolutely terrible. Locations are messed up. Classes won’t load, at all.
Since the app is the only place for one to book classes, makes you rethink your membership all together

Update

Update has set the app back massively. It now crashes on the regular and takes forever to load. Not amused!

New version changed filters

Not sure why the filters were changed. I used to be able to select multiple classes I was interested in and multiple instructors and locations. Now I can only select multiple locations but not class type or instructors. Please change back. I don’t care for virtual classes or some instructors and now I have to see them all on my app when I open. Please fix it to improve the user experience. Thank you

Amazing!

Great app very user friendly

Great app and the gym is awesome!

Thanks to developers of this app, I’m enjoying booking my classes and everything is easier than ever before!

Lovely And Easy

A lovely and easy app with seamless navigation.

Easy to navigate and use the app

New member to the GN team, seemless access to the app and able to use straight away. Simple to understand and book/cancel classes. Would be better if you could book classes further in advance to plan a week of training, as currently only opens up booking 48hrs before. But the app itself works well.

Application isn’t working in iPhone 7 Plus

Please try to fix it

Hi, thanks for your review! Please visit reception on your next visit, and the team will be happy to help you out. If you can't make it to reception, please send any questions through the contact page of the GymNation website, and one of the management team will be in touch ASAP. Thank you!

This app is needlessly pushed on you and I started receiving more marketing emails after signing up.

Prior to this app being a necessary download you had to scan your card and fingerprint to enter the gym.
I guess they need you to have their app now, so you are forced to download it even if you don’t want to, and even though the previous method worked perfectly fine.
Once I got the app, I guess their database is incorrectly updated, as I could not sign up for weeks. Once it finally worked out though, I started receiving a deluge of spam emails related to marketing and various ads which I did not sign up for.

Easy & Useful

Great new app, no more membership cards, very easy to book classes and I like “GymNation News” feature.
