I bought the TRX about six years ago, installed it into the trusses in my basement. I’m almost 50 years old, and in some of the best shape that I’ve ever been even after being a college athlete. Can’t say enough about it.

He probado muchas app para ejercitarme y TRX realmente a sido la más completa que encontrado. Soy Salvavidas y nadadora, me encanta que tiene una sección de ejercicios solo para nadadores, me encanta mucho.
No search bar? Filtering is poor
Lacks a search. A basic search to weed through 100s of videos. Oh, and I guess that swimming is not a sport even though you have swimming workouts! Lastly, the auto rotation detection is weak… gotta hit the rotate icon. So far I’m not impressed enough to pay the monthly fee
Buggy
This app is so buggy. Perfect Wi-Fi and the videos still freeze constantly. Such an interruption to the workout. If you want to use their ply music feature—good luck. The freezing gets worse.
