Best app for fitness

I’ve tried them all and this one is the best - love that it includes common mistakes!

Screen orientation.

Finally add automatic screen orientation already, so that the app can be used on an iPad with a keyboard. The app has existed for so many years, and still no one has thought to do this.

Super useful!

I am grateful for this! It shows how the body works and helps avoid injuries.

For Beginners + Slow App

I’ve been lifting for 5 years now and I know every muscle and how to target it, but I wanted to deep dive into biomechanics and understand all the nuisance to make sure I was really biasing my body to really target a certain head. That isn’t this app though. They have good info on the main lifts like bench, but most exercises it’s just simple “this targets the triceps, make sure to do full range of motion” which isn’t that helpful for me who already knows the basics. The app is also slow to load the page and navigation isn’t the best. But I saw all the detail for bench press and thought of this is the level of detail for every exercise then this is worth checking out. But most exercises have little detail. Again great for beginners who don’t know much.

I also did not use the workout program. I already use MyoAdapt for that. I got this app purely as an intermediate lifter looking to master all the nuisances of biomechanics on every exercise.
